Squidoo Fun!

So, I have noticed that my lens on squidoo jumped in rank after adding a link to the site. I'm going to see if adding a couple more will make it climb higher in rank. The link is Top ten summer toys. The reason I created this was because I read somewhere that top ten lists get attention. I admit, there are more than ten toys on the list. I just posted the things I liked from Amazon.com and hoped other people would like them and buy them. Since Halloween is coming up, I created some Cheap halloween costumes idea squidoo lens. It is chock full of cheap ideas and some pictures of me.

My focus shifted...

I needed to earn money. I wanted a job and was applying everywhere for federal positions. While I had tried making money with social media marketing, it was only marginally successful. I decided to check out wealthy affiliate. I discovered the real reason why I was unsuccessful at social media marketing. Search optimizaton is so much more powerful! I have been having some better results since I joined wealthy affilite. Moving Right Along

I have been neglecting the blog. Oh well. Today I met someone on match and we went out for hot chocolate. He is good looking, but I don't think I'm all that attracted to him. I think he like soccer a little too much for me. But, if he wants to go out again, I think I'd go on a date with him.
As for the vet from Charlottesville, he is moving on in his life too. He did not visit for my birthday weekend. Instead, he decided to establish residency in Iowa. He is going to do some post graduate work starting in January.

Been too lazy to blog

There really wasn't that much of a connection when I went to visit the man I knew from high school. But, interestingly enough, he was experiencing symptoms of anemia and therefore seemed irrational and a little tipsy the weekend that I was down there. His friend commented on it on the ride back home. A couple days later, he told me he went into the hospital and found out he was severly anemic. He seemed pretty looopy the time that I was there. He plans to visit for my birthday at the end of the month. We'll see if he is normal then.

Now My Throat is Sore!

I didn't even want to go to church on Sunday. Yesterday my friends got together, but I stayed home. My throat was so sore. I was coughing last week and this week it is sore.
No real news on the dating scene. I missed the vet's birthday. We exchanged some texts that were confusing. Not real sure where I stand with him, but I don't think I'll make plans to go to Charlottesville.

At home, still sick

Yesterday I was supposed to go to Charlottesville. Somehow I missed the phone call and the vet's friends left without me. I texted him an hour later to find out where he was finding me a ride. Yeah, don't trust someone else to get you somewhere you want to go. Things don't always go smoothly, people bail and you will be left home. Which is what happened to me this weekend. However, could I have really spent an entire weekend with people that I don't know? I'm not sure about that.
